Profil zobnika

The tooth profile of the sprocket must ensure that the chain enters and exits the mesh smoothly and energy-savingly, minimizes the impact and contact stress of the chain link during meshing, and is easy to process. The tooth profile of the commonly used sprocket is shown in Figure 1. It is composed of three arcs aa, ab, cd and a straight line bc, referred to as three arc-straight tooth profile. The tooth profile is processed with a standard tool. It is not necessary to draw the end tooth profile on the sprocket work drawing. You only need to indicate "the tooth profile is manufactured in accordance with 3RGB1244-85" on the drawing, but the axial profile of the sprocket should be drawn. Refer to the relevant design manual for its dimensions.

Struktura zobnika

Slika 2 prikazuje štiri pogosto uporabljene strukture zobnikov. Zobnik z majhnim-premerom je praviloma izdelan integralnega tipa (slika 2a), srednji-zobnik je večinoma izdelan iz napernega tipa. Da bi olajšali rokovanje, namestitev in zmanjšanje teže, so na plošči napere narejene luknje (slika 2b). Zobnik- velikega premera je mogoče izdelati v kombiniranem tipu (slika 2d), v tem času sta lahko zobnik in jedro kolesa izdelana iz različnih materialov. Na primer, C45, nerjaveče jeklo in drugi materiali.

Material zobnika

Material zobnika mora zagotoviti, da imajo zobje zobnika zadostno trdnost in odpornost proti obrabi, zato je površina zoba zobnika na splošno toplotno obdelana, da doseže določeno trdoto.
